1. California Consumer Privacy Notice (CCPA / CPRA)

This California Consumer Privacy Notice supplements the main Privacy Policy of MAD Entertainment LLC ("MAD Entertainment," "we," "our") and applies exclusively to California residents ("consumers" or "you") pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, "CCPA/CPRA").

In the preceding twelve (12) months, MAD Entertainment has collected the following statutory categories of personal information for legitimate business purposes:

We do not collect biometric data, protected classification characteristics, genetic data, or precise GPS tracking coordinates.

3. No Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

  • MAD Entertainment does not sell your personal information to third parties.
  • MAD Entertainment does not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding twelve (12) months.

4. California Consumer Rights

Under the CCPA/CPRA, California residents have the following enforceable rights:

  1. Right to Know / Access: The right to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal data collected about you, the categories of sources, and the business purposes for collecting it.
  2. Right to Delete: The right to request the deletion of your personal information, subject to statutory exceptions (such as completed financial records and tax compliance).
  3. Right to Correct: The right to request the correction of inaccurate personal information maintained in your profile.
  4. Right to Limit Sensitive Personal Information: We only use sensitive personal information (such as login credentials) for strictly necessary operational and security functions; therefore, opt-out limitations are not applicable.
  5. Right to Non-Discrimination: We will never deny services, charge different ticket prices, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised your California privacy rights.

5. How to Submit a Verifiable California Privacy Request

California residents or their authorized agents may submit a request by:
