MAD Entertainment LLC ("MAD Entertainment," "we," "our") respects the intellectual property rights of creators, artists, photographers, and copyright owners. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512) ("DMCA").

This DMCA Policy outlines the procedure for copyright owners or their authorized agents to submit notifications of claimed copyright infringement regarding material hosted on or transmitted through https://www.madentertainments.net.

3. Mandatory Requirements for a Valid DMCA Notice

To be legally effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your written notice must include all of the following elements:

  1. Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of the Work: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are covered).
  3. Identification of Infringing Material: Identification of the specific material claimed to be infringing, including exact URLs or location details on our Platform sufficient for us to locate the content.
  4. Contact Information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. Accuracy & Perjury Statement: A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

4. Takedown & Counter-Notification Procedure

  • Expeditious Removal: Upon receipt of a legally compliant DMCA notice, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the infringing material and notify the content provider.
  • Counter-Notification: If a content provider believes material was removed by mistake or misidentification, they may submit a formal counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
  • Repeat Infringer Policy: We maintain a strict policy of terminating account access for users or event producers who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
