When purchasing tickets, your payment card details (card number, expiration date, CVV, billing zip code) are processed directly by our PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor, Stripe. MAD Entertainment never stores, views, or retains your raw credit card numbers or security codes. We retain only non-sensitive transaction metadata, such as transaction reference IDs, the last four digits of your card, and payment status records.
