1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and MAD Entertainment LLC ("MAD Entertainment," "Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing our website, creating an account, browsing events, or purchasing tickets through https://www.madentertainments.net (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility & United States Geographic Restriction

The Platform and all ticket sales are intended exclusively for individuals residing and attending events within the United States.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  1. You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), or you are at least 13 years old and utilizing the Platform under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
  2. You possess the legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding contract.
  3. You will not use the Platform for any prohibited, fraudulent, or unlawful purpose.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features, including ticket tracking and account management, you may register an account or sign in using authorized Single Sign-On (SSO) providers (such as Google).

  • Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration details and maintain updated contact information.
  • Credential Protection: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and One-Time Passwords (OTPs). You agree to notify MAD Entertainment immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide fraudulent information, engage in unauthorized ticket scalping, or violate these Terms.

4. Ticket Purchases, Pricing & Taxes

All ticket orders processed through the Platform are subject to the following conditions:

  • Binding Orders: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase tickets for the specified event under the designated price and tier. Orders are confirmed only when payment is successfully processed and an official booking reference and QR code pass are issued.
  • Pricing & Service Fees: Prices listed on event pages are set in US Dollars (USD). Applicable state and local sales taxes, municipal entertainment taxes, and service fees are calculated and itemized transparently during the checkout process.
  • Event Disclosures: Event dates, lineups, venue capacities, and age restrictions (e.g., 18+ or 21+ venues) are specified on each event page. It is your responsibility to verify venue policies and age requirements prior to completing a purchase.

5. Prohibited Conduct

When accessing or using the Platform, you strictly agree not to:

  1. Use automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to harvest ticket inventory, monitor seat availability, or bypass queue restrictions.
  2. Purchase tickets in excess of stated household or per-customer limits.
  3. Resell, transfer, or advertise tickets at unlawful or exploitative markups in violation of applicable US state ticket resale regulations.
  4. Interfere with, breach, or attempt to disable the security, integrity, or operational stability of the Platform.
  5. Forge headers, tamper with QR codes, or present counterfeit passes for event admission.
  6. Harass, threaten, or defame MAD Entertainment staff, event organizers, artists, or fellow attendees.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform, including its underlying code, user interfaces, branding, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and multimedia assets, is the proprietary property of MAD Entertainment LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and ticketing needs. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any Platform content without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM, TICKETING SERVICES, AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE UNITED STATES LAW, MAD ENTERTAINMENT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MAD ENTERTAINMENT LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR TRAVEL EXPENSES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, OR EVENT CANCELLATIONS, POSTPONEMENTS, OR ARTIST LINEUP CHANGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE TICKET ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).

9. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.

  • Informal Resolution: Prior to initiating formal dispute proceedings, you agree to contact our legal team at legal@madentertainments.net with a detailed written description of your claim. We will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days.
  • Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
  • Class Action Waiver: YOU AND MAD ENTERTAINMENT AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
